Lead Capture Hero
A search entry point that turns interest into an inquiry.
Framer + GoHighLevel · CRM automation case study
A public website connected directly to tracking, call handling, lead capture, and CRM follow-up for a real service business.
Why it existed
The business did not need another brochure site. It needed one clear route from search or phone call to a tracked inquiry, the right team response, and a visible CRM stage.
My role
I worked on the lead path as one system rather than treating the website as a separate deliverable: entry points, tracking, call handling, lead capture, CRM handoff, follow-up, and the visibility the team needed after an inquiry arrived.
One lead path
Website
High-intent lead entry points
Tracking
Source and call conversion visibility
Calls
IVR, voicemail, SMS, and team alerts
CRM
Pipeline handoff and follow-up
BEFORE
An inquiry could arrive without a consistent source, owner, or next step visible to the team.
WITH THE SYSTEM
The site, calls, forms, alerts, and CRM handoff work as one flow so the team can see what happened and what comes next.
Real screens from the delivered website, tracking layer, call flow, and CRM handoff. Sensitive client details are left out where needed.
A search entry point that turns interest into an inquiry.
Service, location, content, policy, search, contact, and thank-you pages working together.
Local business schema, site tracking, and call conversion tracking added at site level.
Calls move through contact creation, connection attempts, voicemail, SMS, tags, and team alerts.
Website leads enter the CRM with their source and stage visible.
